Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped:

We can easily make an address change. The cost to ship to each location can vary, so there may be an additional fee or refund depending on the new shipping address. To make a change, click the  link in your confirmation email that says "Edit shipping address." Or, send an email to deliverysuccess@personalwine.com with your order number and updated shipping address and we'll respond as quickly as possible.

If your order has shipped:

The package is already in the courier's hands. At this point, the package must be re-routed directly through the courier company. We use FedEx for our wine shipments. Please note, FedEx does charge additional fees to change the address once a package is in transit. Since FedEx will bill Personal Wine directly for this re-route fee, we have to make address changes on shipped packages for you. Then we will add the re-route fee to your order, charge the card from the order, and resend your order confirmation email.

FedEx Delivery Manager

FedEx Delivery Manager is a service offered by FedEx that gives you more control over the delivery of your packages. It offers a number of useful features like getting scheduling a future delivery attempt, holding your packages for pickup at any FedEx or Walgreens store, and more. Please note, while this service is free to sign up for, some of the features do incur fees.
