Can I change my shipping method?
If your order has not shipped, we can upgrade (or downgrade) your turnaround time for an additional cost (or refund the difference). Respond to your confirmation email, requesting the turnaround method that you would like to switch to. Let us know if it is OK to add the additional charge to your order.
We will make the changes as quickly as possible, and send a new confirmation email & invoice with the new payment amount, shipping method, and expected delivery date included.
