There are a few common reasons why you may have trouble checking out:
- Delivery address
- Certain states may restrict which wines we can send to them.
- This issue comes up when entering your delivery address in the ADDRESS portion of checkout.

- Must match the billing address on file with your bank
- This is flagged as an "AVS Mismatch Error" during the payment portion of checkout.

- Our product offerings & quantity in stock do change periodically
