How do I enter different billing & shipping addresses?

In order to enter a separate billing address, first enter the shipping address on the shipping page. When you get to the payment screen scroll down to where it says "Enter billing address" and uncheck "Use shipping address." This will allow you to enter a billing address separate from your shipping address.
