Can I change my label or engraving design?

Artwork Changes

Each personalized product is lovingly reviewed and handcrafted by our dedicated team. For this reason, we ask that the artwork is carefully reviewed before you place your order. That being said, we understand mistakes happen and do our best to accommodate artwork changes. If you discover there is something wrong with your artwork, please reach out at your earliest convenience. 
If your order has already been produced we will be unable to make modifications. If your order has not been produced yet, then we can certainly update your artwork right away.
You can use the link in your confirmation email "I need to make an adjustment"  or email us directly at designsuccess@personalwine.com. Let us know your order number, and what you would like to change. We will email you new mockups as soon as possible. If the changes are drastic, Your order may be on hold until you approve the new artwork. In anticipation of unexpected artwork changes, we plan some extra time in our standard turnaround option.
