Can I take the wine on a plane?

Every airline has a different policy, so be sure to check with the company you are flying with.

Checked Bag

Most airlines will allow you to check wine as long as it is packaged safely.

If you choose to do this, leave your wine in our shipping containers. They are specially designed to keep your bottles safe during transit. If it's an option, you can place your boxed order inside a larger suitcase for even more padding.

If your bottles are damaged when in transit with the airline, Personal Wine does not assume responsibility for this.

Carry-On

The liquid limit for most airlines is 3.4 ounces (100ml) or less (by volume).

None of our wine bottles can be carried onto a plane.
