Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Packages that were returned to us as undeliverable are not eligible for refunds; we can re-ship the package and standard shipping charges will apply.

Packages containing alcohol are shipped out using FedEx. FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times (generally on consecutive business days) to the shipping address you provided; someone over the age of 21 must be there to sign for the package.

If FedEx is unable to deliver the package after three attempts, it will be sent to the nearest FedEx hub. The package will be held at the hub for 3-5 business days before being returned.

FedEx charges for the return journey on every package. As a courtesy, we cover the cost of your first return journey. If an order is returned a second time, the customer is responsible for the cost of the second return journey.
