On-Time Shipping Guarantee

If your order arrives late and Personal Wine is the cause, we are happy to refund you the full cost of your shipping charges.

Please note, any package containing alcohol will require the signature of someone 21 or older. If a delivery is attempted on or before the guaranteed date but fails because no one is able to sign for the package the shipment is not eligible for the On-Time Delivery Guarantee.

If an order is damaged by FedEx, we are happy to replace the order immediately. If there is no time to deliver a replacement before your deadline, we can offer a full order refund as well.

Lastly, any delays caused by the courier, weather, or other entity that operates out of our control are not eligible for the On-Time Delivery Guarantee.
