What does free local pick up in Austin, Texas mean?

Shipping options are the first part of the checkout process. If you enter a Texas address as your shipping address, we offer the option for you to come by and pick up your order at our offices in downtown Austin, Texas.

Our production labs are located at 3rd street and Trinity street just west of the Austin Convention Center. We do not have a brick and mortar retail space.

This local pick up option is offered free of charge. Turnaround time for local pick up orders is 5 days. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with all the information you will need to come by and pick up your custom gift.

Orders can be picked up anytime during our business hours: Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
