Missing Delivered Packages

Often, the courier will hide packages that do not require a signature somewhere near or at the delivery address. They do this in order to avoid theft.

Check anywhere around the porch/mailbox/door that the order could have been tucked away into for safekeeping. Shrubbery is often the culprit!

You can also check with your neighboring addresses in case the order was miss-delivered. If you cannot find your package still, let us know by sending an email to deliverysuccess@personalwine.com with your order number and any other relevant information.
