Create a design from scratch
You can create a unique and custom label or engraving design in any 3rd party application (like Adobe Photoshop) and upload it onto PersonalWine.com. To ensure the highest quality printing, please use the following specifications when creating your artwork:

Label Designs
Label designs should have an RGB color space. Bleed lines are an eighth of an inch. Our label stock is steam proof and waterproof. We do not offer custom shapes, clear labels, or metallic prints at this time.
Engraving Designs
The physical area where the engraving is done can vary slightly (though it will always fall within the areas listed above). Engraving artwork must also be pure black artwork on a pure white background. The exact sizing of the "
Creating & uploading your design
The following is a walk through using our Martinelli's Sparkling Apple Cider as the hypothetical item of choice. This process is applicable on any of our customizable products.
- Navigate to the individual product page for the item you would like to customize. In this case, go to https://www.personalwine.com/wine/martinellis-sparkling-apple-cider.
- Identify the product's design size under the Customization Area section. For this product, the Customization area is 4.5" W x 3.5" H
- Download the appropriate template file above and import this into your 3rd party software.
- Create your design and export it as a PNG or JPEG file.
- Navigate back to the Martinelli's Sparkling Apple Cider page in your web browser.
- Select your customization type from the drop-down menu above the red "Customize" button. Did you build a custom label or a custom engraving design?
- Click "Customize." This will open our template library.
- Select Start from Scratch in the top left corner of the template library. This will open our design editor.
- Upload your custom design by clicking the + image button
- Use the slider on the left to scale your image to 100%
- Click "Save" to save your custom product to your cart.
Tip: View your custom mockup by clicking on the image of the item in your cart.
