My order was damaged! What do I do?
While damaged orders are very rare, we are eager to fix any issues as quickly as possible. Email a photo of your damaged or incorrect item to success@personalwine.com and we will send you a replacement or refund as you prefer.
Replacements typically arrive within 4 business days, but please let us know if your deadline is sooner can 4 business days and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Refunds take 2-3 business days to arrive back in your account.
