Can I submit my payment VIA email?

You can submit your order payment via email if you prefer. Make sure you have signed up for an account. If you already have an account, then login to your account here. Save your order to your cart and fill out this editable Credit Card Authorization form. Then email it to success@personalwine.com with your shipping address, and we can complete your order!
